Initial Intake
Duration: 60 minutes
Fee: $150
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions provide a safe, nurturing space where clients can work through challenges at their own pace. For children ages 3-10, I utilize child-centered play techniques to help them express feelings and build coping skills.
Duration: 50 minutes
Fee: $120
At this time, I am out-of-network for insurance companies. I operate on a self-pay basis but will provide a monthly superbill that you can file with your insurance.
Parent Consultations/Coaching
Parents and guardians, you are an vital part of your child’s therapy journey! It is my honor to partner with you as we support your child’s growth. From the first intake to the final session, I will work with you to understand your child’s unique needs. Tn parent meetings, I will share updates, gentle guidance, and practical tools to help your child’s growth in the playroom carry into everyday life.
My hope is to support a strong, connected parent–child relationship and lasting emotional well-being.
Duration: 15-30 minutes
Fee: Included as part of the client package
