Initial Intake

Duration: 60 minutes

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions provide a safe, nurturing space where clients can work through challenges at their own pace. For children ages 4-10, I utilize child-centered play techniques to help them express feelings and build coping skills.

Duration: 45 minutes
Fee: $120

Parent Consultations/Coaching

Parents and guardians, you are a vital part of your child’s therapy journey! From the first to the final session, I will work with you to understand your child’s unique needs. In parent meetings, I will share updates and practical tools to help your child’s growth in the playroom carry into everyday life.

My hope is to support a strong, connected parent–child relationship and lasting emotional well-being.

Fee: Included as part of the client package

Good Faith Estimate

At this time, I am out-of-network for insurance companies. I operate on a self-pay basis but will provide a monthly superbill that you can file with your insurance.
